Default Old Stone Arch Bridge at Night

Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis.

This is the second oldest bridge on the Mighty Mississippi River, and the only Stone Arch Bridge on the river.

I'm excited about these images for a couple reasons. I have been wanting to get down here at night for a long time now, and this was my first experience with extensive night landscape shooting. My friend and I had a great night.

More from the evening: In this gallery

EDIT TO ADD:
As requested, here is the exif info. You can also visit the gallery link above and click the "Photo Info" tab for more info.
Common Exif for first two:
Camera Model: NIKON D300
ISO: 200
White Balance: Auto
Metering Mode: Spot (off the second Arch, also the focus point)
Exposure: aperture priority
Long Exposure NR: On
Picture Control: Landscape
Sunset was at 19:12

6 seconds @ f/11, -0.67 Exposure Bias, 19:47

10 seconds @ f/11, 20:02

The bridge was originally a railroad bridge, but today is for bikes and foot traffic only. Although occasionally a police car will patrol across (or cut across in emergencies). We were on the bridge when one passed..

This was taken from on the bridge looking down (just before dusk). This branch can be seen (barely) at the midway point in the first image.

Thanks Angella! I feel very fortunate to live in a place that has many photo opportunities.

I really like the first two. Number 2 being my most favorite. Night shots are quickly becoming my favorite style. Thanks for these inspiring images.

Great shots.

Can you give us the EXIF details on shots 1 and 2? Great detail and exposure. No noise. Did you do any post processing?
