Default The Spider

I was taking a stroll down the driveway and and got a shot of this spider. All I did was sharpen the photo just a touch.

That is an unusual looking spider dutchess, I'm glad my son is not here, he would run a mile lol. and the leaves are unusual too. What type of plant is that? Nice capture.

Thanks! I'm really not sure what type of plant it is. I just happened to find it growing at the end of the drive way. It's some kind of "pod" plant.

There was another different spider on the other side, but I didn't have much luck capturing a good picture of him.

That is a milkweed if I'm not mistaken.

That is indeed a milkweed; specifically it's the seed pod of the common milkweed.
