Default California Dreamin'

We went to New Brighton Beach in Santa Cruz, CA. on Tuesday for a weekday getaway. It was gorgeous weather and a fun day for all the girls (my Mom, my girls and myself). I hope you enjoy a few shots...

This was one of the first shots I took when we got there...
Cattails on the beach

Wave jumping...
Rachel jumping the wave

As many of you may remember I did this same shot for my younger daughter about a month ago. Well my older daughter wanted me to do the same for her, so here it is...
Rachels feet in the surf

Finally this was the sunset on the way home at San Luis Reservoir which is mere puddle these days. We stopped to see if we could get any decent sunset shots...

It looks like this was such a fun place to be Michelle and I love the great all the great captures. A wonderful freeze action shot and I liked the feet in the sand shot last time and this one is just as good and a big Wow for the sunset. You captured that one so well too. The colours are gorgeous. Great work Michelle and thank you for sharing some of your time at the beach.

Dave.

Beautiful shots Michelle. Love the shot of Rachel jumping, you did a wonderful job catching her. The cat tails are so pretty. They are all beautiful. Where are the pelicans ? Boy they were hard, to say the least.
Had a wonderful day, love ya !
