Default A 5 hour walk around town .......................

Well yesterday Angela & hubby Steve ( angelb ) came to Wellington for the day. We met up at 11:00am and set off for a walk around Wellington with our Nikon cameras. We walked for over 5 hours and collected many shots and I am sure Angela will share hers with us when she gets home and finishes all processing.

Here is an example of some I took at the Botanic Gardens.

Araceae Anthurium scherzerianum 'Rothschildianum' - species from Costia Rica

and finally Tulips from a worm view ( noted Nicole took a similar shot a few days ago )

Love the contrast on the tulips! I've never seen flowers like the first one either.

Beautiful shots, Bern, especially that first one. Ok, I know I overuse this word, but WOW!

Thanks Hayward - yes I am sure Angela will have some great shots - I think she took over 200 and her hubby was also finger happy with her old camera. I am looking forward to them too. Cheers, Bernz

Thanks Nicole - I think your worm view of the tulips is better then mine because you have included the sun which gives a differnt light to the subject. Cheers, Bernz
