A few shots between downpours....
Luckily, my lunch break came in between downpours of heavy rain......I went back to the walking trail to see how all the water was making things look...maybe I'd find a web covered in droplets...who knows? Well, I took this shot to show the barn at the top of the hill.....At some point, they started baling the hay into rolls.....The grass was 5 feet high two or three days ago......The foreground is where I look around for stuff......
 Here is a small bird that practically flew up close to me...I was rather amazed.....still had to crop to get this closer up  although I miss the macro lens when it comes to shots like this but this is a crop of a shot taken at 200 mm......It's how I get my close ups most often  Here is another view of the yellow bird

Nice set Patrick, like the ladybug shot, and the hay rolled up. I really don't know, so can you tell me what do they do with the hay afterwards.

love them, especially the last two, that lady bug wouldve been fun to see a picture of with a macro, but whose going to bring their whole collection of lens' for a walk during a lunch break?

Lucky for Us!!! This is a wonderful set Patrick, Lovely landscape, fantastic foreground colors against the hay field and the lovely old barn.
That's a beautiful capture on the Lady Bug, and the little yellow bird is well focused and just a nice picture. Thanks for sharing these Michael.
