Default Sunset and Black and White church

I now have updated my editing software and am sharing some pics that I have HDr'd in it the ghosting etc is down to the camera I used at the time (no bracketing so each shot needed exposure adjusting and re-aligning to shoot again five for the sunset and church ) obviously I then played about with the B&W settings and the contrast and the black points etc in the church one ... hope you like

I really like the church shot. The contrast is just right. I like the sunset too, but the clouds in the upper left are a bit out of line. It would be nice to see larger versions of both of these.

Nice attempt in the 1st one, I like the colors, but your alignment software let you down a little, I can see the offset in the clouds, gives it a dizzying effect.
The Church is fantastic, I like it in the B & W treatment. I was wondering if you Used Photomatrix? it allows you to make as many copies of a photo as you like, set the exposure in set increments and then you wouldn't have the alignment problem.
Just wondering
Thanks for sharing these
Michael.

I like the sunset. The skinny trees make an excellent foil to the clouds on the left. The church is excelletn also, but I like the sunset

Thank you I really liked the B&W too. The clouds were moving so quick having to reset the camera made the ghosting. Larger versions are on my Flickr

Hi Michael Thank you for your comments I tried this in Photomatix and the ghosting was worse it is due to not having bracketing on the P&S and needing to reset the camera and sjhot each exposure which made lining things up harder but I know what you mean I was impressed with the effectiveness of the software as photomatix actually ghosted everything this made a fairly good job of it but photomatix does do the adjustments better and easier I am just seeing what it can do
