i missed your post on this but i found it!! yes the graveyard shot i was inspired by a dps member but had to get that effect of creepyness. I find graveyards solitary and peaceful places but wanted the hammer horror lol!! Thanks for the compliment on the b/ws as i am always exploring and looking for images that would work well in that format plus added effects in post editing like drama.
thanks mate i appreciate your comments

The graveyard shot is so perfect is almost looks like a set created for a movie!

And the donkey photo is just awesome.

Thanks for sharing.

yo mike 2
thanks mate the dovecott was awesome but no had wide angle lens to get more of the inside
lol!!. It looks small from the outside which is misleading as the inside is so dramatic and its unusual in design and challenging to get its immenseness. Yes the sky was fun doing on the cemetary but waht attrcted me to this shot was the tilted tombstone.
thanks mike your comments are always a pleasure

thanks for your comment

hi lindy nice to hear from you!! You bet i get lost sometimes to the point wher i forget where i left the car lol!! Its great to put the city behind you. I had forgotten about the Dovecott as i had visited 12 years or so before but its unusual and deceptive from the outside ulike the normal bird house on a stick, this is the Hilton lol!!. Thanks for your comment on the last one as this place ,although not much left has that medieval charm. But it does have some unusual stories attached. One lord coming back from the wars wished to remain hidden for what ever reason, and hid with his dog for many years in a secret room which was locked. The lords man servent tended to him every day until one day the servent died. Many many years later despite the stories builders doing some reapirs on the ruins found a room with two skeletons in, a man and a faithful hound.
thanks for posting lindy great comments as always
mike
