Default Antique Daisies

This antique tin ceiling panel is on the wall above my fireplace. Yes. Even people in Arizona have fireplaces. There are many cold winter days when temps are well below 60 degrees. But I digress. Last night I placed these two remaining Gerba daisies from a bouquet I had purchased earlier this week on the mantle and they cried out "Photo Op".

They are both excellent Linda, although one would be forgiven for mistaking either as an oil painting, nicely done

And what a great photo op it was. Glad you saw it and took advantage of it. The composition is delightful. And there are many cold winter days when the teperature gets well below 60? We're calling 60 cold?

Thanks, Beach. What a nice compliment. Nice to paint with pixels instead of oils!

Below 60. Burr! I was inspired by Chewy's Dad who does such great work with Post Processing. Just playing, nothing great but fun, nonetheless.

I particularly like the 2nd shot as the flower encompasses so much more of the frame and the coloration is richer....hope you are doing well

These are lovely...I love the warm tones! The daisy just adds to the beauty. Looks like a beautiful place to sit near on a chilly night!

Wow Linda they are gorgeous and look so nice against the fireplace. I love the way the light is hitting the second one. You chose a very artistic place to show them and colour matched so well to the fireplace. They were so right to cry our photo op. Thank you for showning them.

Dave.
