Default Help! #3

Okay everyone. This will be the last set for the competition. I have decided to go with some B&W people shots here. I really appreciate everyone's input so far on the first two sets, and I hope you all can help me get through this last set. I figured I could get away with B&W with these shots because many people shoot B&W with portraits etc. Here I go:

At Rest

Creative Solitude and here's why. It has a timeless quality. It could be 2009, 1999, even 1899. The need for solitary time to gather ones thought in writing has a wide appeal. Good luck with the competition. You have great selections to choose from.

Creative solitude does it for me, but only because the other three, though very nice pics don't seem to be competition winners, and creative has a feel that makes it a serious contender. All were enjoyable to watch and good luck in the competition. As you may know, I am no expert, but it is just my opinion. TFS

The first three are all good, without the pram, Lean on me, would be excellent, but for a comp it distracts.
Creative Solitude is my selection.

Fingers crossed with your choices Paul and I'm ceratin that everyone here wishes to well, best of luck mate

I think creative solitude is the best image for a b&w of the four. The others have too many mid tones and look bland as b&w. I pick creative solitudes.

Well, I guess it's unanimous so far on Creative Solitude......the only hitch with this photo for me, was that the lady is almost lost among the rocks.......I did not see her right away as she blends into the background, so she is not a strong subject, does not stand out......once I saw her, I liked the "feel" of the photo

I like the third one the most. I remember seeing it before and thinking "what a cool shot."

Well, I guess it is going to be "Creative Solitude". I was "talking" with Steve as he had mentioned that shot, and had also thought that it would be the one as well so I guess my intuition was correct. Thanks everyone!
