Default the bin man's balance

i wasn't really sure if this shot worked or not, either the composition or even the subject matter, so i figured i'd see what the fine folk of DPS thought of it. Any comments would be appreciated.

(p.s. i'm not really sure if this should go in the critique section or not as i'm not looking for detailed critique but rather general opinions and thoughts?)
