Default Windy Afternoon

These are from my Friday lunchtime photo escape, I found a new area not too far from work. lots of flowers right now and it looks like a great area for shore birds etc.

Beautiful work Michael. I really like the last one. A single white flower against the blue sky... Simple but elegantly beautiful.

Hi Michael, Finally...I caught one of your post. I hate to think how many I have missed! The alchemy of your Post Processing work, especially with flowers, always allows us to see the familiar in a fresh way. The montone blue on the first helps you see the flowing movement of your composition. So pretty! The white petals seem to glow with your topaz treatment. Very nice! (PS I like the avatar)

Thank You Lindyanna! I do enjoy the post processing and consider it part of the Digital photography process. I loved the depth that the Cyanotype finish added to the picture. To me it looked almost 3D. I like the Topaz filter and like HDR you have to be gentle with it.

Hi Patrick! I learned how to find new places and opportunities from your lunch time post, you are the one who inspired me to spend my Lunchtimes in the fields. So Thank You my Friend!
