It appears that you need a tripod ,shoot in RAW Av value of f/11+, ISO try maybe ISO800 maybe the shots can be saved if RAW was a option,also bracketed a few together to pick the best one

Just keep trying...that's what it's all about...it's what all of us do. No shame in that. The composition of these is fine...just a bit out of focus. I would agree with the tripod advice. Can't help about RAW as I've never used it. Don't get discouraged though...it will come to you. Took me a long time to get anything right.

I've bought a Tripod yesterday and i'll shoot the same thing today evening.
