Default Tesoro HQ @ Sunset

It's been a while since I last been on but I assure you I have a valid excuse . School just started and this is my final semester before I get my assoc. in Architecture so I've been really digging into these books so that I'm sure that I will pass everything the best I can.

I took this particular image the Tesoro HQ yesterday when I finally decided that I needed to grab some more images before I go crazy looking at all this Physics stuff. After some much needed rain passed through this weekend including 30 min before this image I headed up the parking garage for this building and snapped some HDR shots from both above and below the campus.

Default I really like it

Nice, really nice, light is really good and your location is rite on, what lens were you using for this?

I have not had a chance to learn about HD as of yet, but I think that it would give some real pop down here in Polynesia with our colors and striking scenery.... I book marked your flicker site and will be reading your tutorials and downloading your PDF's on the subject. Thanks for some really nice eye candy

For this I used the kit 18-70mm only because I if I used the Sigma 10-20 I would have had a smaller subject and a partially cut off building just to the right of this one. I found that by sticking with this lens I also minimized the amount of distortion I had with the vertical lines.
