Default A fleeting moment

These little guys are about to make their 4800KM (3000 mile) journey to their wintering ground in Mexico ..

evidently this is equal to 150 Million times their body length! ..

makes me happy to be a homebody ..

a fleeting moment

Makes me tired just thinking about it! Excellent shot, Ian. The white dashes on the bottom of its wing are literally glowing with light.

Beautiful Capture Ian! I miss seeing this variety, I used to love in Sandiego Calif. and we saw these all the time. Well composed.
Thanks for sharing this
Michael.
