Default Bubbles!

I was playing around a bit with the zooming technique, trying to take pictures of the soap bubbles the kids were blowing. This is the best one out of a LOT of shots.

Thank you. It's one of my favourite effects with the camera and a technique I first learned from Understanding Exposure by Bryan F Peterson, a must-read for any aspiring photographer. I love how it creates the sensation of movement and yes, you are absolutely right, it's sure to make you dizzy or give you a sense of vertigo!

Thanks! I was quite lucky with the bubble and it's one of the reasons why I'm so happy with the picture. If you think about the geometry, the bubble must have been moving at the same angle and speed at which I was zooming the lens during the capture. That's as perfect a pan as I can ever hope to achieve on purpose
