Yes they are! I just filled them over the weekend. It usually last over a week... until the bats discovered the feeders this week. I've heard others at work saying the bats were feeding at their hummingbird feeders too.

A-maz-ing! I'm stunned by these shots! Last night I was able to take a walk and actually feel refreshed. It was just after the sun had set and I noticed some bats searching for bugs. Not everyone gets a warm feeling when they see bats but for some reason I do. "The bats are out--all is is as it should be". To see your photos on the heels of that experience is just great!

These are facinating! They are very efficient critters aren't they. Great Captures. I would have never imagined they would feed at a Hummer feeder.
Thanks for showing us these Michael

Great shots. I love how clear they are, and how much detail came out.
So do they stop to eat, or do they manage to somehow feed while flying? These pictures are tempting me to put a hummingbird feeder just for the bats here. Maybe I will next year during mosquito season.

Very educational, very clear focus, I like the way we can analyze the make up of these animals, exceptional shots of a dark creature. TFS
