Very nice image Hayward. I love how varied your images are. Never will get bored with the variety of your posts. This one is wonderful. I really like the color and focus.

That time of year is coming. I like the detail you've captured in the withering leaves and the golden glow of the light. Very thought provoking.

NO !! I'm not looking !! ... I dun wanna see fall !!

but if I have to ,, I'm glad it's just one lone leaf, with a buttery blurred Bokeh to hide the rest of them... maybe this leaf just died.. the rest are green !

Your simple approach shows thru again Hayward .. simple image telling a simple message .. yet complex in both view and story.. outstanding , even if I'm not ready to let go of summer !!

Vin

Hayward, what a lovely photograph. I especially like how the withered leaves stand out against the darker, blurred background. Great DOF. And a timely choice of subjects, too.

Hayward, beautifully done, and your evocative words add a special flavour to a fantastic picture. Golden colours are magical. Thanks for sharing. Clive.

Coming from someone who loves summer, that is one of the saddest (but well done) photos I have ever seen !!!
