Default the Invisible Boy

A few days ago, I found myself in Denver at an event called Nan Desu Kan, or NDK for short. It's a convention for fans of anime and anime related things. Since I had some time to kill, I figured I would head up and see if their was anything interesting to photograph.

Anyway, after wandering around for an hour just shooting for giggles, i spied this young man standing in the corner whilst the crowd flowed around. On a lark,Ii took the shot...

While it wasn't technically perfect, this is still one of my favorite photos I have ever taken because it tells a story, Was he overwhelmed by the crowd? Lonely?

I don't know...but I do feel this photo

Your photo tugs at the emotions by showing such a lonely figure sequestered in the corner. It would be one of my favorite shots, too.

Is that a key he is holding N626? Perhaps he has found the perfect way to deal with the crowd of unknowns. Just stand back, wait for the perfect opening and then use your key to unlock all the wonders of this convention. You are right N626, this is a haunting image.

Great image, you've told the story very well.

Great shot. The blurred images make him stand out and add to the story.

Chalkie, It looks like a key.. in a few games the main character is using a rather large key to crush his enemies..
