Colour or black and white Mike you always find the creative angles. All of them are stunning buddy but I love the church organ. That is exceptional for inside a church. Stunning work buddy.
Dave.

it seems to work nicely with a bit of colour and grain. I thought i would leave in a hint of wall and ceiling edges just give a little perspective. Glad you liked it and thanks for your comments mike

i enjoy both really its just had to focus on b/w for a while to see if i could capture something close to b/w film. You know what Dave you would think that an organ like this would be in a church but i think that it was in St Johns Chapel, more or less the same thing i suppose. The exception is that this college could afford to commission this organ for a hundred quillion million pounds, no fundraising there lol!! Ps i wanted to get in the chess room for a quick check but it was locked. thanks again Dave its all good fun

Colour or b/w, it doesn't matter, the quality and technique remain.
I like the organ picture for the richness of colour in the wood, and the strong vertical lines, and I like St Johns cloisters in colour, for its hint of warm light from the left and what what looks like an interesting stone stairwell within the picture not noticed in the b/w version, nicely done Mike

its nice to play around with both mediums and retain quality and technique. I am happier now as i have regained confidence with colour shots. The organ was a wonderful sight and immense, not sure if you noticed the two people up there in it.With the cloisters warmth was exacttly what i wanted to achieve plus leaving in some lines for a little more perspective,If the stairwell door had been open i would have explored it lol!! thanks as alaways for your comments mate mike
