Default Wine!

Just got a new d300 and sb600, never used an external flash before so decided to try shooting wine being poured into a glass. Not entirely pleased by the end result, but starting to learn how the flash works etc.

I think it's a great shot. Did you drink the wine?

Default Wine time...

Love wine, and as Chairman of the Bordeaux, may I ask you, How Merlot can you go? Sorry for the wine puns....I know it's PUNishment to the extreme. Oh well, "Que Shiraz, Shiraz." Your lovely picture made me thirsty and keep on shooting those wine shots for "Tomorrow is another Chardonnay!."

Thanks guys. I might have another go tonight, want more of a splash when the wine first enters the glass. And yes, the wine was drank after, but still just enough left for one more try!
