Oh wow, that is nice. Not at all what I expected from the subject line. Here I was thinking about floating soap bubbles, one of my favourite ways to involve the kids in photograhpy

I thought it was some kind of carbonated drink, like soda water, with something behind it to reflect in the bubbles. It's the 'something behind it' that really intrigues me. Whatever it is, it's giving the bubbles the most amazing texture!

To me it looks like water droplets(condensation) on the outside of a cold bottle or something.

Looks like water drops on a freshly waxed car. Nice effect.

Interesting shot. the different sized bubbles make for a great 3D effect.

you guys were pretty close.....
actually I came across this effect by accident, I spilled some Ginger ale on the top of a DVD case and when I walked by to get a rag I noticed each little bubble reflected the Blue DVD from inside. After a couple different setting I ended up with that shot...

thanks all
