Default Fun with Macro

Hi everyone,

Been loving my macro lens, here are a few shots. I learned the water drop technique in the "How I Took It" section, loving this website and very excited about learning more!

I find that judging the depth of field correctly with my macro lens is quite a challenge most of the time. I have to use a tripod or some kind of stabiliser otherwise just the swaying of my body corrupts my focus. I love shooting things in macro, but when you get really up close there's such a small margin of error.

I love that last picture. Such a riot of colour!
