Default Another feste shot and a question Help!

Stiltwalkers in front of Derby Cathedral

Feste stiltwalkers cathedral (by Nathan deGargoyle)

And a pre-inflation Globe-head (that will make more sense when I've had time to PP the rest and post them)

where does the shadow come from (by Nathan deGargoyle)

That is SOOC but the question is OK, we're in the (rather dark) open air but he looks like he's throwing his shadow on a backdrop right behind him. Why?

Is it something I did (no choice but to use front flash) or is it something that is endemic to this sort of dark "action" shot?

Nathan, I'm sorry I don't have the answer to your question re the shadows, however, stiltwalkers and globeheads, always guaranteed to make good subjects, and these are another quality pairing from the Derby Feste. Good luck finding your answer.
