During a recent trip to China, we visited the home/farm that China's legendary Chairman Mao grew up on. Here's a beautiful guest house reflecting on the still water. Turned out great. I had to touch it up a bit, since the air was very thick in China's summer time!

Wonderful picture. Did you know your signature on the photo was upside down?

Great picture. Makes you wonder how someone could grow up amidst such beauty and cause the cultural revolution. Maybe it's just taking teenage rebellion to it's extreme?
I noticed the upside down sig as well and thought that you were trying to pretend it's part of the reflection. If so, sorry but it doesn't work.

Thanks for all the kind words. I originally was going to present this picture upside down, making the reflection the reality. But, the reflected roof of the house didn't stand out as much as I would have liked. I then put my watermark on it and changed my mind to present it right side up, and was too lazy to correct the watermark layer, and wanted to get it posted before I had to leave.
Thanks for the input though.

Here's how I was going to present it. I liked the way it made you think twice about the shot. I was trying to make a statement about our perceived perception of reality when clarity is right in front of you...if you know where to look.

Gorgeous shots....that place is beautiful, but looks like it could be really humid.
