this man was sitting there really deep in thought outside a church, so much so that he didn't even notice me clicking away for a good 5 minutes!

I like it..a lot. Good DOF and continuity. Great composition. The fence really draws you into the shot. It trains your eyes all the way down the shot to another guy just hanging out.

i'm still a newbie at this (only 6 months since i got my dslr), but this website's helped a LOT!

There was a recent post about good photography books and i picked up the photographer's eye by michael freeman.. it's a GREAT book and it's taught me a lot about pictures and how they work..

hopefully i'll be able to put up more good shots soon!
