I'm not sure exactly what you mean. You have already joined the forums, so you are a member already. I don't think there is any form of membership to the main site itself, though I could be wrong.

Oh no. Just like you have MEMBER under your name and I have NEW MEMBER ....So how could I change that? Please help...

The more you post the more you become more than just a 'new member'. It will just take time...if you notice the people who post 'a lot', they have different names too...it's basically different post levels.
