Default A Portrait of Alfie.

This is Alfie the Labradour, he belongs to my brother. We had a walk on the beach the other weekend and my brother asked if I could try and take some portraits of a dog who never sits still. He is only 18 months old and he really won't sit still, and as we Know black dogs are a nightmare to get a good shot of.

Hope you Like!!!!

Black dogs can be a nightmare to photograph for sure but it looks like you got nothing but sweet dreams here. He is a gorgeous dog and you captured him so incredibly well. I am sure your brother will cherish these photos!

Great Job on Alfie Dave. I've never really tried serious pet photography, but it seems to me that yours are just fine and I'm sure that these will be memories to cherish.
Thanks for sharing these with us
Michael.

Both are fantastic shots of a dog full of life. Your brother should be very pleased with the way these turned out.

Nice work Dave .. beautiful dog .. contrast headache to get good fur detail, I think you did well for the few seconds he sat still for you .. the second shot has a really natural pose.
