Default Sunday Morning treat

This broad wing hawk landed on a neighbour's roof Sunday morning, Had just enough time to set up for this shot.

Its true, I really had to scramble to prepare for it, but was very happy with the results. It was a totally unexpected treat.

well done, i had a hawk fly over my deck yest. but of course i was nowhere near my camera.

Wow, those are both awesome shots! I hope to be able to take excellent pictures like that some day! I'm still pretty much in the learning stages...but I love it!
