Well I didn't get out there yesterday but was searching my PC when I came across some fotos that I took 8 years ago when on holiday in the South Island.
Even though I have lived in NZ for my entire life I had not been down to the South Island before this to view the scenery. I am not sure what camera I had at this time but thought I would frame these all as stamps to share with you all. With the equipment I have now it is about time we went back down south to capture more. What do you think ? This is a small sample of the lakes down south. Lake Wanaka ![]() Lake Hawea ![]() Lake Tekapo ![]() Lake Wanaka - a different view

NZ post will be calling you to make these into stamps for sure. They are stunning especially the fist two. I have only been to the South Island once myself and then only to ChristChurch. The difference between the North and South Islands of NZ is amazing, both are stunning in their own way and you have captured that here in your photos.

Thanks Dragon - it could be being in the right place at the right time and imaging how it would look in a foto. Cheers, Bernz
