Default Point Montara, Devil's Slide, and James Fitzgerald
Had a busy day yesterday, driving up and down the San Mateo County Coast. My favorites:

The Point Montara Fog Signal and Light Station (grounds used as a hostel):

A brown pelican flying along the surf at James Fitzgerald Marine Reserve in Moss Beach

A fellow at Devil's Slide (Gray Whale Cove State Beach) pulling mussels for dinner:

Great set of shots all of very different subjects. And very well taken too. I like the pelican one the surf is brilliant.

I enjoyed looking at these, a wonderful electic selection although my favourite is the final one. What an excellent find, capture and finished picture, you can almost imagine a small feather above his mouth rising and falling as he breathes, nice job kurtwall
