Default Newcastle Harbour Panorama w/ Fireworks

So, after a red carpet shoot the other night, they had a nice fireworks display. I set up my tripod and did a panorama of our harbour ending in the fireworks.

I was rather happy with it. It's made up of 6 photos. I can see lots of faults in it, but I still really like it and want to share it.

Thanks for looking

Very nice! I think it would be perfect if you straighted up the horizon. It looks great and I love the fireworks!

Thank YOU Becky! I've been looking at the image for a couple of days and not been able to figure out what was wrong! I can see the couple of dips/rises now, looking closer. So I'm going to have a play later in the week to mend it.

Thanks Mike! The faults are VERY minute. Just a couple of parts where the photos join up aren't perfect for me. Appreciate the kind words

It was one of those last minute things "I'll shoot the whole harbour while I'm bored." And I wound up remembering when I got home. Worked out well.

The large file link --- yes and no. (Hence why it's also watermarked to hell, because the file can be downloaded now). You need to be Pro to have access to the original size files --- otherwise, you can only link to a Large file, which is never as big.

I'm glad you did share it, its difficult to one decent night shot let alone six, and then to line them up, and merge them without some areas for improvement, now would be some trick.
The finished result is impressive OeterB, you are clearly a talented and developing photographer, good job
