Default Bringing out the Colour

I took this shot a few days ago and played about with a B&W conversion and then with the name of the boat being the Red Squirrel I felt it appropriate to bring through this colour only

Looks like something we have in common Tim. Great selective colouring on this one and how bright and red the Red Squirel is. Always nice to see barges from other areas. Thanks for sharing this one my friend. I love it.

Dave.

I would've liked to have seen the back panel (with the windows)red, too, though I'm not sure if it is in reality.

That said, it's a stunning job with selective colour. The reflections of red are just awesome.

Good picture and masterful editing achive a clever link between the overall look and the name of the barge.
I'd like to see the original colour version because you have a different and excellent barge shot on your flickr photostream.

Great shot and the selective colour really suits it.

Thanks for the feedback, I just felt it was a lovely shot and gave me more practice on Photoshop seeing what can be produced
