Default What was your first digital pic?

What was your first digital picture? When you made the transition from film to serious digital (DSLR), do you remember the first picture you took? Please share... Here's mine... I took this right after I took it out of the box. The manual is in pristine condition. I can't say that now! Compare your first pic to what you're doing now. See how far you've come!

a man, his dog and a kite

Taken in January 2009, one of my early shots and certainly my first picture on DPS

Default Cool kite

Nice shot. I like the man and the kite in the extreme corners. Looks like they're a mile away from each other, balanced by the dog. Cool!

This was one of my first, I think... thank goodness I've learned SOMETHING since then.

Default Great big eyes!

Nice effect in his left eye. Looks like a picture in his eye.

lol I wish it were just an effect cause everyone asks me that until they see him in real life... his eyes really are two separate colors like that. There's plenty of pics in my flickr that show it off.
