Default Perfectly Ordinary

Well the first is not ordinary for me, but in comparison to yesterday's is kinda bland.

Lake

Now this is more what you guys expect from me, a nice Green Heron.

Another Green Heron

Wait, I think I see a strange apparation in the clouds! Just kidding. Actually, I do see something--I think it's called peace and quiet. I love the curve of the shore line, the fluff of the clouds, the stateliness of the trees and the blue of the water. Green Herons, always welcome.

Hi Fred, I really like your first capture, it's almost an HDR look, really well done. the Green Heron is great as well, I wish we had those here, but all we have are the blues and the Night herons so far.
Thanks for sharing these
Michael.

Thanks Pen, experimenting with the landscape shot, the heron is more of the normal for me.

Thanks lindy, after my recent shot I am not surprised on seeing anything in a photo now. Glad you liked the lake shot, more of a test than anything.

Thanks Michael, hahaha hopefully no more hidden items will show up, that one gave me a little scare.

Thanks leona, I tried to find a way to get a decent shot of the lake but landscapes offer me problems.

Thanks Michael, I wanted a shot of the lake but I am so terrible at landscape I just started stacking filters onto the lens and this is what came out. Keep looking for the birds, if it is like here I find something new every day.
