Default Goodbye My Sweet Bella Rose

I hope this doesn't offend anyone and if I'm wrong in posting it the Mods can take it off and I won't be upset. Also, please understand that I just can't comment on anyone else's photos today. BTW I did take all the pics in the collage, so it is sharing shots. Thank you everyone for understanding that I just had to post this to help ease the pain in my heart. Those of you that have seen my other posts know how much I love my furkids, especially my dogs.

With a really heavy heart I've said good bye to my beautiful Bella Rose today. Bella suffered a stroke on 8/26/09. For a while we thought she would rally back but she had lost control of her right side and her bodily functions. She was also slowy losing the ability to swallow. I could no longer watch her decline and suffering so we chose to gently say goodbye. Rest in peace my Sweet Girl. Bella Rose----April 14, 1999 - September 05, 2009.

So sorry to hear about this...the pain is all too real.....10 years of close friendship is not taken lightly. You have created a lovely memorial to her and those pictures will one day bring a smile to your face again. Take care and thanks for sharing

Oh Shirley....you told me she was sick...I didn't realize it was so serious. I am more sorry than I can tell you...I've lost so many over the years and I know how real the pain is. Please accept my sincerest apologies for your loss.

So very sorry to hear this news. You've done a wonderful job on the tribute and will have all your memories of a close friend. Never owned a Sheltie before, but have had lots of others including working Border Collies, loosing one is difficult.
