You are forbidden from going out again please until we can all agree when autumn is going the start

Great picture Glyn, so simple and effective, leaves that clearly indicate that autumn is coming. Time to get the scarf and gloves out

I'm in denial to mate but seems nature isn't going to wait for us to agree!

Thanks.

Glyn, This photo is perfect in its subtle suggestion of autumn. How lovely that you would spot it and know it would be a welcome sight--though maybe not a welcome sign. We sort of pass like ships. Autumn signals the end of unrelenting heat in the desert and the return of sanity. I hope you and those denying the cooler weather can find a date to agree upon!

Well thanks for this post, here in the Caribbean we don't have autumn or winter, so I am actually looking forward to all the autmn and winter photos I'll be seeing from you all soon. I know winter isn't something anyone living in it looks forward to, but for a warm weather man looking from the outside, the photos are great.
P.S if its any consolation my son is at university in England so he'll have to suffer through the cold months with you all.

For those who want dates, it's official on September 21st but your great capture says a little earlier this year as does my bonsai tree which is already changing colour. Great find Glyn, and a nice way of reminding us of the coming new season.

Dave.
