Always liked the fortunes...not much the cookies...



Oh, and if you're looking for a good book, you should read "The Fortune Cookie Chronicles: Adventures in the World of Chinese Food" by Jennifer 8 Lee. Really entertaining and an eye opening look into the world of Chinese takeout that we all take for granted (and of course, where the fortune cookie actually came from)

Nice shot. I actually love the fortune and the cookies! This book isn't going to make me not want to eat Chinese takeout anymore is it? Because I don't think I can live without it! lol.

Oh no no no. You may appreciate it more. And it might be fascinating. But it's definitely not one of those "look at the horrible stuff they throw in!" type books. It's actually quite sympathetic. And a fun read

I love both....actually almost all of my fortunes I have gotten in my cookies have really related to me.....I had to save them because of that....nice pic.
