Default Crazy Animals...

Birds

Wildlife
This Rhino is one of 6 still alive in the world. He is a White Northern Rhino. There are 2 in San Diego and 4 in Prague. They are a victim of War in the DRC. They are trying to save the species from extinction. There was 4 in the wild but has not been seen since 2006. They believe that there is now none in the wild and only the 6 in captivitaty.

Great shots. The birds in #1 and #3 look very crazy with their mad feathers and funny poses. The Rino looks like he's in snooze land for a while. The birds in the last photo must have really good eye sight to be able to see under that dirty water.

Love that first shot!

I sure hope they can save the Rhino's. It would be a shame for them to be extinc. Do you know if they have been able to get them to breed in captivity?

Looks like that arrogant white bird is about to get bitten on the butt...San Diego is a beautiful place isn't it. My son and I were there several years ago for a short father/son to Legoland, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Sea World and visit the beaches in the evenings when we were done at the amusement parks......
