My way of making things less boring

I took my family for an outing to a circus, and my son was so excited about the whole ambiance.
It was, honestly, a bit boring for me...until i decided to take out my gear.

Thanks for sharing - I love those!

I find too often in lower lights people want to make it looks as if it were daylight in a shot they take, and I believe your photos are more powerful for not looking like daylight.

looks like you ran into a challenge and that got your blood going....nice shots in a difficult environment

Thank God, i had my low light lens with me. But the most difficult thing most to make a picture when the artist are moving. Then, you lens goes crazy...even it being set on servo focus.

yeah, had trouble with that in a ballet production......you had to wait for the moment when the action stopped but the pose was still there. If they were flying across the stage, then forget it.

It is true! But in this case, the artists were on "speed". And they will poise generally to be applauded; but for a picture, it was less interesting. And i aimed to have a shot at them in the full action of their performances.

Since i was seated not too close, i wish i had a 70-200mm f2.8
