Default Breakfast of Champions

Breakfast of Champions. Woke up today, threw a roast on the grill. We had baked potato, steamed corn and brussel sprouts to go along with the meat. Hummmmmmmmmm good!
Infact, it looked so good I had to set up three strobes, two with umbrellas (one to right of camera, the other to the left at 45 degrees) and the other used as a backlight with a snoot. Of course, I fixed plates for Amy and Colin first, prepared my plate and promptly took about 100 RAW images from different angles with my 28-70mm and used a variety of lighting.
Enjoy

Looks really good to me. I can't imagine what kind of boredom would make me start taking photos of my meals...haha

Mark......I know, but you'll never know when a good magazine needs grilling shots or a meal Once we had two compete Thanksgiving Turkey with all the trimmings dinners. One a week before Thanksgiving to illustrate a food page and the other for Thanksgiving Day.
I think we had a prime rib dinner for Christmas. I could look at another turkey until the following year.

For these two shot I used my Speedatron 812 system with softboxes.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've got pics of just about everything in the damn house. Gotta go, for some reason I'm getting hungry.

I'm impressed with your cooking prowess. It's one thing to cook well, but to be able to cook food worthy of photography is something else. Does it taste good too?
