i may be out on my own here, but i kinda like the noise on this kind of shot. it makes it very atmospheric imho...

Hi there .. I like the angle a lot .. you were on Kinzie bridge when you took this photo .. I remembered the bridge that's up is always like that .. Kinzie bridge is the famous bridge where members of the DMB tossed some nasty stuff on to the the Chicago River ..
