First Night Shot...

Need your opinions on how i can further improve my work. This is my first night shot, used a canon 450D and kit lens, mounted on a tripod. Someone told me that my framing isn't correct. Kindly share your opinions. Thanks a lot for checking.

yup... that's one thing i need to work on. i'm always in a hurry taking shots here (riyadh) coz they might put me to jail.

must use a lower iso then or a noise reduction plug in...

Why they might put you in jail.You only take phots .

i hear a lot of stories here from my friends. According to them, expats are not allowed to take pictures of women, buildings, etc. Im hard headed, reason why i still take the risk. Im new to photography but i can't simply enjoy it. Might as well go back home to the Philippines. There are a lot of nice towers here but i'm scared though to put out my cam. They might get it and slam it in front of me.
