Default Wild Pony

I was walking along the moors yesterday and about 3 feet away from me were a group of wild ponies. They didn't seem bothered by us in the slightest, and in fact one mother was nursing her young (I didn't manage to get that image, as the foal was the other side of the mother to me, and there was no WAY I was going round the back of a wild horse - even for a photo!)

Sorry about the dodgy composition etc, but while they're beautiful theses ponies are well known for being unpredictable so I wasn't hanging around (especially as I had my baby in a sling!)

Natalie, you were being very wise. It's not too smart to come between a mother and child. Cool photo and what a great thrill to come upon wild ponies. I'm glad I got to see your photo

Thank you for your comment and I agree. But at the time I was kind of aiming, shooting and getting the heck out of there! Lol! Next time, I'll get in closer
