I really like this shot......I love to see new perspectives and the black and white makes this.....makes me want to know what he was looking at. great job!!

Default A tough cat to catch

Thanks for the comments everyone!

He's a very tough cat to take pictures of. He's always moving so most pictures end up with motion blur unless I have enough light. Lucky for me, as I was trying to take his picture, he saw a bird fly past the window and he completely froze. I had just enough time to focus on his eye and snap the photo.

And here's the same shot with some oil paint photoshopping done to it...

There isn't much color to the original anyway, that's why I went with the black and white. The oil painting is just me having fun with GIMP.

Love this! I've been trying for years to get a decent picture of my cats. The youngest is all black and in constant motion, so it is near impossible. I'll keep trying, though. Thanks for the inspiration.
