Default Nikki Sue Nikon's Aerial Circus Picketed By Butterflies

Amalgamated performing artists butterfly union local #34 files protest against Nikki Sue Nikon's Aerial Circus. Nikki Sue, being the kind hearted camera she is, asked the butterflies to demonstrate their performing prowess so that the world would know that butterflies can perform acts of skill equal to any dragonfly!

Butterflies are acrobatic, too:

They can defy gravity, just like dragonflies:

With tongues as long as this, butterflies can swallow swords!

Above all butterflies are graceful:

Your close up shots never fail to impress me, Mike. They are well composed, sharp, good DoF, and well focused. I feel challenged to be a better photographer. Thanks for sharing these shots.

Very nice pictures Mike. I've tried taking pictures of butterflies and I know it is very hard. They just kept on flying around moving from one flower to another. I wish my Nikon can also talk to the butterflies Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the kind comments, Hayward. Yes I did spend some time and have been practicing taking shots in my Lantana patch.
