While taking pictures of the Xtreme Bulls, I noticed these two goofballs in the crowd. Normally I try not to make fun of folks, but these two were just too good to pass up. Not only were they wearing those silly umbrella hats, but also had their cameras protected. Against what I haven't a clue...maybe flying bullshit.

Maybe Xtreme bull can fly? If so, it looks like they are ready.

Hi Jim! The guy on the right looks like he's not to happy about you taking his picture. Great hats though!! l.o.l
The camera and lens covers are strange, are they afraid that the sun will melt them? Or do people throw beer and stuff at Rodeo's. Thanks for sharing these Michael.

Here's some shots of the Extreme Bulls. The 12 top riders made it to the championship round. In the end of the round......it was bulls 12, cowboys O. That's right..........the bulls bucked all of them off.
Pic#1 - This poor guy hung on for dear life, only to be bucked off a 7.8 seconds in a 8 second qualifying ride. Pic #2 - After shedding this cowboy, the bull turned and added insult to injury by head butting him. Pic#3 - This rider was thrown off right out of the chute. Pic4# - The bull danced all over this guy, but he was able to limp off. Those cowboys are crazy. Don't they know that two ton bull is going to do everything to get them off their backs

Jim, Maybe they are testing the new Canon 7D and are keeping it under wraps so as to not let it out of the bag????????
Kinda like when they test drive a new model car but keep it all covered up so no one can photograph it LOL.

You have some great shots there. I know how much fun it is, I went to the police rodeo here in Airdrie I got some pretty good shots. How many shots did you do there, I know when I got home I had about 650 pics.

Another secret........the more you shoot, the more chances you'll capture something good, if not better. Hell..it's only time spent editing infront of the computer. A little wine, wildwood weed helps pass the time
