Hi Ian .. except for the peeled paint, it looks like it's in great condition .. like you detail photos of the structure

It's such a shame they have to go. Barns have something so beautiful about them. But we always have your wonderful pictures to keep the memory alive. This one is excellent Ian. I would like to see a sepia conversion of this one. I could sure do a lot with the first one. I love the textures in the others too.

Hi Ian, I guess you can't stop Progress, but It's a shame to tear this lovely barn down.
Actually, I used to look for places like this that were being torn down to get the barn wood to make picture frames. I've sold a lot of barn wood picture frames!!!

All the old places are being torn down but they will stay forever in your picture.
