Small Town Dog Show
These scenes are from the dog show sponsored by the Marquette Kennel Club; Marquette is a town of about 20,000 (the dogs, however, are not all local).
This was also my first attempt at using the high ISO capability of the D300. No flash was used in these images (white balance was a bit tricky as well). Hope you enjoy! I'm SO excited (and the Clumber won his group!)

what - no sniffing? .. just kidding ... all these are well photographed ... each dog with its own unique characteristic behavior .. and you also did very good for a first time .. way to go

Neat shots...looks like you caught an action shot in the first one. Dogs are really tricky.
