Very nice B&W's. I really like the Bruno shot, and the last shot of William Hermes. The others are also nicely done, but there is something about the human condition, and here you have captured both ends of the spectrum with respect to this concept. Thaks for sharing.

yea i try lol!! I work with within the substance misuse field as a support worker so if you dont laugh you scream or cry so i would rather do the former its more Fun?? The shot of william was in colour and the background was so busy and distracting so i just had to get rid of it. I converted to b/w and i was pleased with it thanks for your comments Dan they are appreciated mike Quote:
No thank you for commenting!! I see all sides of human condition on a daily basis. I wasnt really aware of that here until you pointed it out, perhaps a subconcious thing!! I was aware that the shot of Bruno being Polish reminded me of something else that happened in History 60 odd years ago. This became more evident when i did a larger but cropped version -enough said. William is a colourful character his dress sense is the same, it would have been nice to have done some selective colouring on hiis shirt and hat. your comments have been thought provoking and well appreciated thanks mike Quote:

I think your people pictures are excellent Mike.
Some like Bruno, are dirty, gritty and in your face and reflect part of our society some would prefer not to have to think about. Others, like your excellent picture of William Hermes are considerably more upbeat and capture the atmosphere of what looks like a great C/W gig, well done mate beach Last edited by beachcomber; 08-30-2009 at 08:31 AM. |

nice set .. The "parallel" contrail in the causeway shot is cool, and Lightning Willie is a great capture ..
