Default Two different days

Yes Wellington can be perfect and also very windy and I merged two fotos into one here. I had done this originally for this weeks assignment but then realised I had broken the rules in that they were shot outside the dates of the assignment. So thought I would share with you here.

Wellington Weather

Wellington Street Art - note in the top left hand corner a bumble bee.

Wellington Street Art

Mahatma Ghandi ......A Mahatma of Truth and Non-Violence
To the city of Wellington from the people of India

Mahatma Ghandi - Wellington Railway Station

and a new stamp after we batter down for expected winds of 140kph today

A new stamp ?

Hi Bernz! Looks like rough sailing today!!! Wellington is obviously a beautiful city with much to offer. I'll be sure to see it when we finally get NZ. Great captures as always.
Thanks for Sharing these
Michael.

Great pictures of your city, if I had to pick a favourite, it would be the one of the rough sea. I really like that one.

What a contrast on those first two shots...but both are beautiful. Like the others too.

It looks like the sea can get pretty aggresive.

Thanks TRR - yes that that is the inner harbour. Get out into Cook Strait and you get a real bouncy ride between the north and south islands. Hoping to catch a shot a ferry to show you all. Cheers, Bernz
